Shipping & Delivery Policy (For Digital Products)

As all our products are digitally delivered apps and software, there is no physical shipping involved. Please read below for how access to your purchased digital product will be delivered.

Delivery of Digital Products
  • Upon successful payment and order confirmation, your software/app license key or access link will be delivered via the email ID you provided during registration or checkout.

  • In most cases, digital delivery is completed within 1 business day, but it may take up to 24–48 hours in rare circumstances or during high-demand periods.

  • Please ensure that your email address is valid and accessible, as all delivery confirmations and product access links will be sent to that email.

No Physical Shipping
  • As we do not ship any physical goods, no courier or postal service is involved.

  • Any mention of shipping, courier, or delivery timelines in our old terms or platform defaults should be read in the context of digital delivery only.

Shipping Costs
  • There are no shipping charges applicable for digital products.

  • If any transaction charges or access setup fees are displayed, they are related to digital handling or licensing and are non-refundable.

Responsibility for Delivery
  • Once the product download link or license key has been sent, the order is considered delivered.

  • We are not responsible for issues arising from:

    • Incorrect or inaccessible email ID provided by the customer.

    • Spam filters blocking the delivery email.

    • Delay in checking or activating the software.

If you do not receive your product access within 24 hours of successful payment, please contact our support team immediately with your order ID and registered email.
