Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which you may cancel an order or request a refund for any online app or software purchased through our platform.

Cancellations
  • Cancellation requests will be accepted within 7 days of placing the order, only if the license or activation key has not been issued, or the software download has not been initiated.

  • Once the license key has been generated or the software/app has been downloaded, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • In case of accidental purchases, please contact our support team immediately for review before activation or license issuance.

No Cancellation for Instant Access Products
  • Since our products are digital in nature and provide immediate access, we do not accept cancellations once the activation or download link has been delivered.

Refunds
  • Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

    • If the software/app fails to install or run on a supported device despite following all setup instructions.

    • If there is a verified technical issue or malfunction that prevents normal usage and cannot be resolved by our support team.

  • All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • You may be required to provide screenshots, device information, or error logs to help us verify and resolve the issue.

  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 15 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations
  • No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

    • The user changes their mind after download or activation.

    • The app/software is not compatible with an unsupported device or OS version.

    • The product was purchased during a promotional sale marked as non-refundable.

    • Misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modification of the app/software.
